DraftKings Picks Week 15: NFL DFS lineup advice for GPP tournaments

I said last time *was* the last time….until now. We’re going back to the BakerStack for our Week 15 DraftKings GPP lineup. Hopefully all the reports (and video) of Odell whispering sweet nothings into other QBs ears will depress NFL DFS ownership for the Browns pass attack in a great spot at Arizona. The stacking strategy checks out with two receivers commanding a strong majority of the air yards market share.

So, see how we build our BakerStack…if you have the guts.

  • The Cardinalsallowed 8.8 yards per pass over their past three games, which would stand asa league high over thecourse of the season. Those quarterbacks were Jared Goff, Duck Hodges, and Jimmy Garoppolo, which isn’t the worst trio but far from a murderers’ row.

  • Carolina allows the most yards per rush and most DraftKings points to running backs. With Rashaad Penny (knee) sidelined, expectCarson to resume his workhorse role in favorable game script with the Seahawks entering as touchdown favorites.

  • Jones leads all running backs in air yards since Week 6, and no back has seen more downfield targets on the season. Utilizing Jones’ upside in the pass game has become a staple in LaFleur’s offense, and it’s provided a really high ceiling for GPP, especially as he hovers around $7K.

  • Landry ranks fourth among receivers on slate in air yards over the past four weeks. Can’t go BakerStack without the alpha dog.

  • The rumors are bad but the funnel is good, making for a high-ceiling leverage spot with Baker-Landry-OBJ. No pair of teammates on the Sunday mainslate boasts a higher combined air yards market share.

  • Ourair-yardssuperstar makes another appearance in our lineups. Williams ranks eighth among receivers on the slate in air yards over the past two weeks, with the highest average depth of targetamong those with double-digit targetsover the span.

  • Howard makes for an interesting GPP pivot over popular sub-$4K TE plays in Ian Thomas and Tyler Higbee. With Mike Evans (hamstring) exiting on Sunday, Howard finished fourth among tight ends in receiving yards in Week 14. It also should help depress ownership that he’s burned people so many times.

  • Pepperingthe other side of this CleveStack with a Cards RB who’s takenthe lead role over the past month. Drake’s seen double-digit carries in five straight games and averages more than four grabs during this stretch, which recently featured two dramaticallytougher matchups than Cleveland.

  • I’m assuming we’ll get an Eli Manning-led Giants offense that managed zero points and 29 yards in the second half on Monday night. I think his bursts of brilliances have actually earned a Hall of Fame jacket, but this Giants offense needs be to faded at under $3K.
