Former England and Arsenal defender Kenny Sansom has been hospitalised after falling unwell.

The 61-year-old’s hospitalisation was confirmed through his Twitter account on Friday, with coronavirus dominated out because the trigger and no additional particulars offered.

“Kenny is at the moment unwell in hospital. He’s being properly cared for and doesn’t have COVID-19,” a tweet learn.
