College football doesn’t get much better than a late-November matchup between nationally ranked Big Ten heavyweights Ohio State and Michigan.
The No. 1 Buckeyes (11-0, 8-0 Big Ten) face the No. 13 Wolverines (9-2, 6-2 Big Ten) in “The Game” on Saturday in a battle that features history, tradition and College Football Playoff implications.

Both teams enter the highly anticipated duel with plenty of momentum. Michigan has won four straight games by an average margin of victory of 30.3 points, including a 45-14 beatdown over then-No. 8 Notre Dame on Oct. 26.
Ohio State has put together a formidable resume itself, winning each of its 11 games by double digits while leading the nation in both scoring offense (49.4 points per game scored) and scoring defense (10.5 points per game allowed).

1:31 p.m.: Two big passing completions have Michigan at the Ohio State 32 with 2:03 remaining until the half.
1:25 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN, OHIO STATE. Dobbins is back in for another score on a 5-yard run. Huge turn of momentum in Ann Arbor. Ohio State 28, Michigan 13.
1:24 p.m.: On first down, Fields goes long to Garrett Wilson for a 47-yard completion to the Michigan 5.
1:23 p.m.: Michigan was offsides on the punt, though, and Ohio State has a first down near midfield.

1:15 p.m.: On a third-and-9 from the Ohio State 12, Patterson muffs the snap and Ohio State falls on it, ending Michigan’s scoring threat. Buckeyes back on offense.

12:20 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN, OHIO STATE. Dobbins caps off his productive drive with a 5-yard plunge. Dobbins had 51 yards on four carries on Ohio State’s opening drive. Ohio State 7, Michigan 6.
12:17 p.m.: Ohio State is across midfield after a long run by J.K. Dobbins, who picks up his own fumble and rumbles to the Michigan 41.
12:11 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN, MICHIGAN. The Wolverines are the first on the board with a misdirection handoff to Giles Jackson who gets into the end zone for a 22-yard score. The extra-point attempt is no good. Michigan 6, Ohio State 0.
12:09 p.m.: Shea Patterson scrambles on third down and drops a completed pass to Ronnie Bell for 7 yards. A late-hit penalty by Ohio State sets Michigan up at the 30.
12:05 p.m.: Ohio State is set to kick and we are underway in Ann Arbor.
