It keeps the skin plump and youthful looking and is a good food to fight excessive dryness of the skin. Avocados contain both vitamin C and vitamin E, which act well together as a powerful skin anti-aging combination.

It has anti-inflammatory properties and it is considered as a good food preventing certain kinds of skin cancers by reducing the risk of damage caused by the sun’s harsh ultraviolet rays. It is abundant in vitamins C, D and K, as well as calcium, zinc, magnesium and iron which all are very beneficial for the skin. Green tea also helps in removing toxins and other waste products from the body, leaving the skin naturally healthy and glowing.
